Refund policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 14 days of your package being delivered, once it meets our return requirements.
Our policy does NOT allow any refund,we only provide store credit once returns has met our return requirements.
If 14 days have gone by since your package was delivered, no returns will be accepted.
To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept clothing that has been worn, washed, damaged, soiled, and without clothing tags. All clothing must be in a condition ready for resale.
Items must also be in the original packaging. Clothing must have all tags (including hangtags) attached.
NOTE -"Final Sale" items cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable items include:
Sale items, Accessories, Intimates, Body suits, Heavily Beaded/Embellished Clothing(Delicate)
All Customers are responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to us.
Original Shipping fees are non refundable and will not be included in the store credit amount.
We carefully inspects all items before shipping. Therefore, it is highly unlikely for our customers to receive damaged merchandise. All returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, smoke or fragrance and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
Once return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If approved, then your store credit will be processed minus return shipping fees ( If you choose we send a return label) and issued within 3-5 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including but not limited to any signs of wear, smell of fragrances and smoke.

A reply email will be sent with details of return address to send your returns or a return label. Note that Customers are responsible for shipping return fees.
Please include the original packing slip so we know who you are. If your original packing slip has been misplaced please include a note stating your full name and/or order number.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We do not ship damaged merchandise and we do not accept damaged merchandise.
If your item was damaged during transit or loss or Stolen or for any delivery issues please contact the shipping company indicated in your tracking and provide them with your tracking number for assistance.
