Shipping policy

We know how exiting it is to receive a new package so we work to get your orders processed in a timely manner.
All orders are verified processed and shipped within 3-5 business days or sooner with exception of Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday & busy Periods as during these times there is a possibility that the processing time may take longer.

Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.

All purchase receipts are sent to your email once your order has been processed and paid for. We will also send you a shipment confirmation once your order has been shipped, this will contain a tracking number which can be used to track the journey of your purchase.

All orders placed on Friday after 12PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER/CANCELLATIONS

Please take your time whilst checking out via our website as once your order has been placed, we cannot edit, change or cancel. We thank you for your understanding.

This is automatically calculated on the checkout page prior to submitting your payment information.

For International Shipping, JuluxeFashion will NOT be responsible for any Import or Customs duties or Taxes.

JuluxeFashion is NOT responsible for any delays in delivery caused by lost or stolen and unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to). Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay in your order's delivery date.

In an event of Damaged lost
or stolen packages please file a claim directly with the delivery Provider on your tracking Details.
